First Visit

Special Offer…

If it is your first experience with chiropractic or you just have some questions – call our clinic to schedule a COMPLIMENTARY consultation. From this you can determine if you are ready for a complete checkup.

What to expect on your first visit (approx 30 – 45 minutes):

sore-NeckHealth History: A health intake form is completed at your first Chiropractic visit so the doctor can understand your current health status. You can download our initial history forms and fill them out prior to coming in.

Consultation: The doctor will review your health intake form with you. A history of spinal impacts, including auto-accidents, work, recreational and sport injuries is discussed, along with your current work and daily activity to determine the cause of your problem and your current health status.

Clinical Examination: Your examination will include a thorough evaluation of posture and mobility.  The doctor will gently feel your spine and muscles so we can get to the source of the problem and determine how we can help you.

X-rays & Analysis: Your chiropractic examination may require x-rays. The x-rays reveal the degree of spinal misalignment, the phase of spinal degeneration, significant pathologies, and potential contraindications of care. These films along with your clinical exam findings enable us to provide you with individualized treatment and optimal adjustments.

Your Second Visit (approx 30 minutes):

The purpose of the second visit is to explain, in detail, the findings of all tests performed on the first visit.

Different options for care will be discussed so you can decide what type of care suits your needs.  If yours is a chiropractic case, you will receive your first treatment on this visit.

Any insurance information we have received will be reviewed with you so that you will know what your insurance company’s financial obligation will be for the treatment you are receiving. You will also have ample opportunity to ask questions to your satisfaction.
